Role on Team: Help coordinate software development for robots, and
mentor young student developers.
Hobbies: Building robots (obviously), molding and painting miniature
solders and castles, computer video games.
What FIRST means to me:
FIRST is the hobby that I could only dream about as a kid. It allows
teenagers an opportunity to get hands-on experience in developing
hardware and software to compete in an exciting game that prepares them
for real-life assignments. It also helps kids that might feel like outcasts,
geeks, or nerds a chance to be involved on a team where their skills and
personalities are valued.
