Mike was born in Sault Ste. Marie MI in 1958.  Since his father was
in the Army, Mike moved quite a lot. He lived in Michigan,
Wisconsin, Indiana, Maryland, Texas, and Italy.  Up until Mike
graduated from College, the place he had lived the longest was
Italy.

Mike graduated from Tri-State University in 1980 and his first job
was at Newport News Shipbuilding.  He was a Designer in the
Reactor Plant Planning Yard for Nimitz Class Aircraft Carriers.  His
next job was with Magnavox Government and Industrial
Electronics where he worked as a Senior Designer.  Then he
worked a short time at a Truck body manufacturer.  They made
Fedex, UPS and Fire vehicles. He also worked for the Special
Service Vehicles Department and designed mostly fire and rescue
trucks, the kind that are used as command posts, and equipment
trucks. After that, Mike was presented with the opportunity to
work on Aircraft Wheels and Brakes and a little later, the F18 Main
Landing Gear for Allied Signal.  The Trane Company
(air-conditioning) was next.  It was at the Trane Company that Mike
moved from Engineering Design to Engineering Support or more
precisely Engineering Information Technology.  Keeping with his
Pro/Engineer training (3-D CAD Modeling) he finally came to
Honeywell in Tucson AZ.  He spent 23 years doing design in
Engineering.  The last couple of years have he has worked
primarily in Information Technology and Project Management.

Mike has been married for over 25 years to Melissa, one of our
dedicated Moms on CRUSH and the SPIRIT Director. He has three
sons. He resides in Tucson, Arizona permantly.
